Shipping and Delivery Costs:
We use UPS Ground for all domesting shipping. Overseas shipping is calculated separately as we cannot calcuate customs fees. Shipping is calculated using UPS Retail Rate Guides and will be added to your order based on your US Zip Code. Order Processing Time:
All orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET/US Monday through Thursday are processed the same day and shipped in the morning of the following day. Orders placed on weekends, US Public Holidays, or outside of regular business hours are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes:
Please note that we are unable t modify the delivery address once you have placed an order. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to any P.O. Boxes at this time.
International Orders:
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes for your country. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying these fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate thse for you.
Tracking your order:
Once your oder has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package direclty on the carrier's website.
